Between regional showcases, stay-to-play nationals, and Disney-based competitions, a competitive gym’s travel calendar is its own kind of season — and every event comes with its own rules, its own mandated housing (or lack of it), and thirty-plus families who all need a plan.
I work directly with gym owners, directors, and team coordinators to build travel that fits the competition, not the other way around.
What I Coordinate
- Stay-to-play compliance — For events like UCA All-Star Nationals with mandated housing companies, I coordinate within required blocks while finding value in flights, extra nights, and add-ons that stay fully open territory
- Non-mandated regional travel — Drive-up events like NCA Dallas Regional don’t require a housing company; I build the most efficient, cost-effective plan for the team instead
- Family-by-family booking — Every roster has different budgets and group sizes. I coordinate individual family bookings under one team umbrella so no one is left figuring it out alone
- Group rates on flights, hotels, and transportation where available
- A single point of contact for the gym, so team moms and coordinators aren’t fielding travel questions from every family
Who This Is For
Gym owners and directors planning a season of travel, competition coordinators managing logistics for a specific event, and team parents who want one resource families can go to instead of piecing it together themselves.
Sample Itineraries
I’ve built sample trip plans for both non-mandated regional travel (NCA Dallas Regional) and mandated stay-to-play events (UCA Disney) — happy to share these as a starting point for what your gym’s season could look like.
Have a competition season coming up?
